1. Booking and Reservations
When you book a suite or experience, we're holding that space specifically for you. For our boutique hotel accommodation, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. We'll send a confirmation email immediately; if you don't see it, please check your spam folder or give us a call.
2. Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans change. However, due to our boutique nature and limited room count, cancellations impact us significantly. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Those within the 7-day window will be subject to a one-night stay charge. It's only fair, right?
